Stand Guidelines
All venue-related requirements can be ordered online via [Blank Space]. All stand designs must be submitted and approved by the Operations team prior to fabrication.

– Exhibitors are required to wear their badges at all times, as stringent security measures will be enforced at the exhibition venue.
– In case of a lost or misplaced badge, please promptly report the loss to the organizer’s office. A duplicate badge will be provided under the condition that the lost badge was originally issued.
Exhibitor Badge Information
Exhibitors and their team members requiring access to the exhibition halls during the event must register for an EXHIBITOR BADGE.
– Exhibitor badges are exclusively intended for use by exhibitors and their booth staff and should not be shared or loaned to non-exhibiting individuals or visitors. Any visiting personnel must register as visitors.
– Requesting an exhibitor badge for anyone under the age of 21 is not permitted.
– An Exhibitor Badge grants access to the exhibition halls during both the setup and open days of the event.
